Gardening Cutie

This little cutie was made for a card order. She is from the Clipart Fairy. She has SO many lovely digi stamps, papers etc that you really should take a look! I made the flowers using a Sizzix die (Flowers layer #6) and put a card candy in the middle to make it stand out. The background paper is from Pink Petticoat. Hope you like her!

Birthday Wishes!

I made this set for my friend's birthday tomorrow. There is a matching gift box, which I've put some bath bombs in and a Stash 'n' store box. I think this makes a really nice set - I hope she likes it. The design is from All The Scraps. The patterned paper is from my stash and I added a few adhesive pearls to set it all off. The flower is made with a sizzix layering die.

Easter Milk Cartons

I wanted to make some little Easter presents for my friends, so what better thing than little milk cartons filled with choccies! This is a pattern that I found on the internet but adapted the size. The little bunnies are from Digistamp Boutique. They are SO cute and really lovely to colour in. Just added some gingham paper and ribbon to finish. The little milk carton is closed with a binder clip. I plan to fill them with homemade chocolates (well that's the plan at the moment - lol). When I run out of time it will probably be a cream egg or something.

Entered in challenge - Spoonfull of Sugar - Easter

Flower Birgitta

I was asked to make this card for a special Mummy whose Mother's Day this year will be her first! I used Flower Birgitta and coloured her with promakers. The background papers are from Pink Pettticoat. I really like how the Prima Flowers match almost perfectly with the papers. Unfortunately the photo doesn't really do this card justice.

I have entered this for the following challenges

Sew Simple

I treated myself to this new little gadget from We Are Memory Keepers. It is a Sew Simple. I wasn't sure when I ordered if I would use it a lot but I have had time to play today and it is fantastic. Such an easy way to put sewing on your cards and so effective as you will see from my first attempt card below.

I'm really please with how it turned out. It takes a little practice to get the pressure right to punch the holes but it so much quicker and simpler than getting the sewing machine out.

Now for something compeletely different....

When I first saw these stamps I really wasn't sure if I liked them or not. They are so far away from the 'cutsey' images that I normally use. So I decided to get one and see how it turned out. Well I am totally converted! I love these Glam Angels from Kenny K. I love them so much that I have ordered all of them!
